This cuvée is rare due to the fact that the areas of implantation of this variety are limited, the pinot noir grapes are planted on cool sandy-loam and clay-limestone soils on vineyards at 150 m altitude.
Harvest between mid-September and end of September. The wine is vinified in a traditional style, with a short vatting period of 15 days. The pomace cap is gently worked. Slightly aged in wood (15%).
Tasting notes
An intense nose of black cherry, jammy and toasted hazelnut. Light tannic structure. Carried by its freshness, this dominant of very ripe cherry stretches in length, then evolves on notes of roasted hazelnuts.
Serve between 15 and 16°C.
