Un Sang Blanc is a rare white Vacqueyras from a region famed for reds, with fewer than 4,000 bottles produced annually.

Blend of six local grape varieties. The total 17 hectares of vineyard sit on a plateau facing Dentelles de Montmirail. Benefits from a Mediterranean climate and diverse soils like reddish-brown clay-limestone with galets roulés (rounded stones), similar to those in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Harvested by hand. Each variety is vinified separately in 450L oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled without fining or filtration.

Vacqueyras is known for its robust character and ability to express the unique terroir. Vacqueyras wines are often considered an affordable alternative to neighbouring appellations like Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas, offering exceptional quality and distinctive style.

Un Sang Blanc was first produced in 2012, a relatively new addition to the estate’s lineup.
