Made from the Sauvignon Blanc varietal, the grapes come from plots planted on clay-limestone soils. The soil provides freshness and minerality that is characteristic of the Sancerre terroirs.

Palate: a round initial impression gives way to a mid-palate that shows a lot of complexity. The aromatics express pleasant sensations of citrus fruits, white flowers (acacia flowers). Pair with seafood, fish and goat cheese.
