Tasting Notes
Color: pale yellow with gray reflections.
Nose: the nose is expressive. At first glance, it is the varietal aromas that stand out with notes of boxwood, broom, rhubarb. Nuances of dried fruits, almonds and pistachios.
Palate: a round initial impression gives way to a mid-palate that shows a lot of complexity. The aromatics express pleasant sensations of citrus fruits, white flowers (acacia flowers). Pair with seafood, fish and goat cheese.
