This plot was planted in 1905 and is 0.33 hectares, grown on the steepest slope of Ambonnay Grand Cru, among the best still wines of Champagne.
The grapes are hand-harvested, completely de-stemmed, and then undergo malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. They are aged in oak barrels (30% new) for 18 months.
