Gonet-Medeville Champagne Grand Cru Champ d’Alouette Extra Brut 2008
An intricate bouquet of crisp white fruits, featuring apple and nectarine, complemented by delicate floral hints of honeysuckle and orange blossom. The exceptionally fine bubbles enhance its refined and creamy texture. On the palate, you’ll find a vibrant blend of lemony freshness with a hint of compote-like richness. The finish is lively, extending over a saline and iodised structure.
