This cuvée of Pinot Noir comes from selected plots providing grapes with depth and concentration which will be well suited to oak ageing. The soils are rich in clay, perfect for red wines compared to our limestone terroirs further south which are better for whites. Vineyards are 25 year-old on average and farmed organically.

Winemaking

The grapes were fully destemmed and went through cold maceration for 3 weeks. Aged in 600L oak barrels for 12 months, half of which were new.
