Vineyards & Vinification

This Bourgogne red crafted from pinot noir rooted in clay-rich soils with select parcels featuring limestone and schist, the average vine age of around 25 years.

Hand harvested. The fruits are fully destemmed and went through cold maceration for 3 weeks. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. The wines aged on lees for 12 months in 600L French oak barrels (50% new).

In 2005, Jean-Christophe Perraud established the domaine on family vineyards with a four-generation legacy, realising a childhood dream.
