The ‘Caradeux’ vineyard faces east and sits across from the hill of Corton and Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne. Steeply graded, the plot has light, sandy soils of decomposed quartz and clay.
Hand-harvested. The grapes are destemmed and pressed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels.
Aged for 12-15 months with no more than 30% new wood.
