Vineyards & Vinification

This 0.4-hectare plot lies on the northern edge of the Vougeot appellation, bordering the Grand Cru Musigny and the Premier Cru Les Amoureuses, with vines averaging 50 years of age.

60% whole-cluster fermentation, pre-maceration for one week, followed by slow extraction for 10 days. Aged 15 months in oak barrels. Bottled without filtration, according to the lunar calendar.

The Winery
