Clean white Marsannay with a fresh nose of young and green pears, apples, and a faint hint of nuts, toast, and vanilla. Creamy, rich, and Meursault-like fruit filling. Lively minerality. It pairs well with seafood, lightly grilled dishes, vegetables, and mild cheeses.

Between 250 and 300m above sea level, the Marsannay vineyard extends over beautiful parts of the hillside
and foothills, on middle Jura soils composed of sandstone, marl, limestone and gravel.
The grapes are harvested and pressed at optimum maturity, while fermentation takes place in steel tanks with temperature control. After fermentation, the wine is then aged for 15 months on the lees in oak barrels, of which 15% are new barrels.
