A delightful evening earlier this week, where we explored exceptional wines and champagnes, beautifully paired with a selection of caviars from @antoine_piccolo_asia!
Guests were treated to an elegant tasting experience featuring seven different types of caviar, sourced from China, Italy, and France. Each had its own distinct texture and flavour profile, offering a fascinating journey through terroir and craftsmanship.
To complement these exquisite bites, we poured four cuvées – a carefully curated selection of whites and Champagnes – that highlighted and elevated the nuances of each caviar. From the briny pop of Kaluga to the creamy elegance of Oscietra, every pairing was designed to surprise and delight.
