The grapes from a selection of plots with young vines (15–25 years old) sourced from the Montus and Bouscassé vineyards. Planted at an altitude of 110 metres and south to south-west oriented, with low yields of just 7–9 clusters per plant.
VINIFICATION
Cold maceration for 5 days, followed by 8-10 days of alcoholic fermentation. Traditional maceration continues for 20 days. The wine is matured in concrete tanks for 24 months before bottling.
